Solutions Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance to customers and cross-functional colleagues on best practices that enhance measurable value and streamline workflows.

• Collaborate with clients to design and implement strategic Smartsheet solutions that foster organizational transformation.

• Facilitate discovery sessions and create tailored solutions that integrate AI-native features and automation.

• Develop solutions through prototyping and iterative sprints, incorporating customer feedback throughout the process.

• Evaluate solution designs with internal testing and oversee user acceptance testing.

• Manage project timelines, deliverables, scope, budget, and risk mitigation strategies.

• Keep updated on industry trends and Smartsheet capabilities, while testing and sharing effective delivery methodologies.

• Work alongside consulting team members and engage in the mentorship program as both a mentee and mentor.

• Identify opportunities for product and service expansion in collaboration with the Sales team.

• Meet performance indicators including billable utilization, project margins, customer satisfaction, and accurate data maintenance.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4–5 years of relevant experience in management or technology consulting.

• Strong commitment and proven history of effective performance within a team setting.

• Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments and quickly adapt to changing customer needs, tools, and industry developments.

• Hands-on experience in configuring and implementing cutting-edge, web-based SaaS applications.

• A strong interest in innovative technologies, including AI and automation, and an understanding of how Smartsheet capabilities address business challenges.

• Experience in applying change management and business process optimization strategies.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Familiarity with business process optimization and Agile project management methodologies.

• Willingness to travel periodically, up to 40%, based on customer and business needs.
