This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives and leadership to steer intricate, enterprise-level sales cycles, encompassing discovery, technical evaluation, proposals, PoCs (proof-of-concepts), and finalized deals.
• Conduct in-depth technical discovery sessions and multi-stakeholder workshops to grasp customer needs and develop customized solutions.
• Take charge of technical demonstrations and architectural design, including integrations, data flows, and enterprise-grade configurations that translate product features into customer value.
• Manage security, compliance, and procurement procedures on behalf of the customer throughout the sales process.
• Work collaboratively across functions with Product, Engineering, Legal/Compliance, and Support to:
• ensure that proposed solutions are in line with the product roadmap and compliance standards,
• relay customer feedback for future product enhancements, and
• expedite time-to-value and adoption after the sale.
• Assist with onboarding and expansion initiatives to ensure seamless transitions to Customer Success, while also identifying opportunities for upselling, expansion, or additional use cases.
• 6–10+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Architecture.
• Proven track record of working on enterprise deals.
• Capability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Proficiency in articulating complex concepts to various audiences through clear, polished presentations and responses to inquiries and challenges.
• Familiarity with the functioning of AI/LLM systems — including retrieval, ranking, and generation — and their impact on AI search and discovery.
• Experience in engaging with and presenting to C-Level executives.
• Strong preference for experience with CDN, edge, or web infrastructure platforms (e.g., Akamai).
• Comfort with ambiguity and the agility to adapt to market changes, organizational conditions, and rapidly changing priorities.
