Solutions Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Provide specialized consultancy on Microsoft technologies and initiatives for digital transformation.

• Assist in pre-sales activities, which include conducting discovery workshops, designing solutions, and delivering customer presentations.

• Evaluate and confirm solution architectures, ensuring they adhere to best practices.

• Suggest implementation strategies and methods for risk mitigation.

• Serve as a senior technical escalation point throughout project delivery.

• Cultivate strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

• Participate in the development of services, establish technical standards, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

• Keep abreast of Microsoft technologies, relevant certifications, and industry trends.

⛳️ Requirements

• Profound knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Modern Workplace solutions.

• Proven experience in delivering consultancy, solution architecture, or advisory services related to Microsoft.

• Familiarity with Microsoft CSP and managed service environments.

• Experience in supporting bids, proposals, and engaging with customers.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Capability to operate at both strategic and technical levels.

• Microsoft Azure and/or Modern Workplace certifications (Desirable).

• Experience within an MSSP, managed services, or a highly regulated environment (Desirable).

• Background in developing Microsoft service offerings and technology roadmaps (Desirable).

• Experience in presenting to senior and executive stakeholders (Desirable).
