• Act as a subject matter expert on the Outreach platform while serving as a trusted advisor to both customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with Sales to pinpoint customer and prospect selling tools, business processes, opportunities, and risks through thorough discovery.
• Assist in qualifying opportunities by conducting detailed investigations into customer and prospect business processes to identify areas for improvement and risks that must be addressed during the sales cycle.
• Engage in product demonstrations that showcase Outreach's business value.
• Comprehend the goals and value propositions for various stakeholders within customer organizations.
• Ensure the effective communication of customer and prospect challenges and requirements to Outreach’s onboarding and implementation teams.
• Build industry credibility through ongoing learning of new sales trends and technologies from blogs, podcasts, and other industry publications.
• Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and other Outreach teams to enhance the company and platform for our customers.
• Share your product and sales expertise with other Outreach teams, aiding them in strengthening their skills and better supporting our customers and prospects.
• Experience – You possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role (SC, AE, SDR, CSM, etc.).
• Inquisitive – You ask insightful questions that lead to significant insights; you encourage others to think outside their usual perspectives; you uncover pain points and inspire new ideas.
• Problem Solver – You can convert customer use cases and business objectives into scalable, value-driven solutions.
• Excellent Presentation Skills – You have the ability to deliver engaging demonstrations, utilizing customer examples and industry insights to underscore business value for a variety of stakeholder personas.
