This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Serve as the primary escalation resource for intricate HubSpot technical issues.
• Establish and uphold HubSpot implementation best practices.
• Develop repeatable tools such as templates, checklists, reference architectures, QA guidelines, and handover protocols.
• Collaborate with the PMO and leadership to enhance operational methods (estimation, risk management, delivery governance).
• Facilitate discovery workshops to grasp business objectives, system landscapes, and process requirements.
• Create comprehensive solutions across HubSpot and its ecosystem, including integrations, data models, automation strategies, and reporting.
• Supervise HubSpot configurations and builds.
• Confirm that deployments are ready for production, well-documented, and embraced by users.
• Assist with demonstrations, prototyping, and solution development alongside Sales teams.
• Contribute to technical proposals by clarifying scope, assumptions, dependencies, risks, and implementation strategies.
• Aid in qualifying opportunities and guide clients towards suitable solutions.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Manage multiple workstreams effectively by setting clear priorities, maintaining concise communication, and proactively addressing risks.
• Convert technical complexities into straightforward language and decision-making points for clients.
• Strong technical expertise in HubSpot (CRM architecture, automation, data models, reporting, governance).
• Proven experience in leading discovery sessions and translating requirements into solution designs.
• Confidence in guiding others, including coaching, reviewing work, establishing standards, and enhancing processes.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly articulating trade-offs and options to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A collaborative approach with Sales, PMO, and Delivery teams.
• Preferred: Relevant HubSpot certifications.
• Experience with integrations (iPaaS, APIs, native connectors) and data migration strategies.
• Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystems or multi-platform marketing automation environments.
