Technical Solutions Consulting Lead – Treasury & Capital Markets

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design and validation of technical architectures that utilize cloud-native, containerized, and multi-tier approaches for enterprise financial clients.

• Facilitate comprehensive technical workshops and discovery sessions with client infrastructure, DevOps, and security teams to align requirements with architectural patterns.

• Establish and document integration blueprints, API models, data flows, and security frameworks for connecting internal and external systems across on-premises and cloud environments.

• Offer technical guidance in assisting clients with the transition to our Managed Services or SaaS delivery models, encompassing infrastructure sizing, availability planning, and compliance requirements.

• Work in tandem with Sales and Solutions Consulting teams to create client-specific technical proposals, deployment strategies, and responses to technical RFPs/RFIs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in technical consulting, solutions architecture, or pre-sales engineering within enterprise software or financial services technology.

• Profound understanding of system architecture patterns, including microservices, multi-tier web applications, and event-driven designs.

• Proficiency in containerization and orchestration, particularly with Docker and Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE), along with CI/CD practices.

• Experience with enterprise integration, including REST APIs, message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ), and common ETL/data pipeline tools.

• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP, focusing on VPC design, IAM, security groups, networking, and cost optimization.

• Strong experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server) and an understanding of data security, replication, and backup strategies.

• Familiarity with security standards (e.g., SOC2, ISO 27001, NIST, OWASP), encryption protocols, and secure authentication practices.

• Proven track record in designing and supporting Managed Services or SaaS solutions for enterprise clients.

• Competence in creating and presenting technical documentation, diagrams (e.g., using Lucidchart, Visio), and architecture runbooks.

• Comfort in engaging with client IT executives, architects, compliance teams, and project stakeholders.

• Exceptional communication skills, including the capability to convey technical concepts as business value.

• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Helm) is an advantage.

• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory; Portuguese is a strong advantage.
