IT Solutions Deployment Project Manager, 6 months contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• The IT Project Manager will collaborate closely with the IT Solutions Director, program leadership, and cross-functional IT teams to effectively execute multiple technical initiatives.

• This position is responsible for the planning, coordination, monitoring, and reporting across several technical workstreams.

• The ideal candidate will ensure that all technical projects and streams stay on schedule by actively managing project timelines, dependencies, monitoring execution, identifying and mitigating risks promptly, and ensuring preparedness for upcoming milestones.

• Strong organizational abilities, the capability to manage multiple priorities, and clear, effective communication with multidisciplinary teams are vital to keeping stakeholders aligned and informed throughout the program lifecycle.

• The IT Technical Project Manager will also work closely with product owners, architects, technical leads, functional consultants, developers, QA and data teams, as well as external implementation partners.

• This role guarantees consistent delivery practices, adherence to Eurofins’ standards, and robust integration across all technical domains.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5–7 years of experience managing complex technical IT projects in highly regulated environments.

• A good understanding of the Java technology stack is preferred.

• Solid and proven experience overseeing multiple concurrent workstreams within a larger program, ideally in an international or multi-site deployment context.

• Highly disciplined and organized, with the ability to bring structure, clarity, and reliable follow-through to complex, fast-moving project environments.

• Capability to swiftly switch contexts across different technical topics and stakeholders.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to summarize complex technical information for senior leadership and adapt communication, content, and language for various groups of program stakeholders.

• Advanced skills in Azure DevOps, Excel, and PowerPoint, with experience in preparing high-quality project status presentations and steering committee materials.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; project management certification (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile) is a plus.

• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
