• Facilitate discovery sessions to identify customer testing challenges, risk factors, and business objectives.
• Collaborate with sales teams to evaluate opportunities and align customer requirements with Smart Test functionalities.
• Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the presales process.
• Create and present customized Smart Test demonstrations tailored to customer scenarios.
• Effectively convey the advantages of enhanced testing, increased release confidence, and improved quality.
• Assist in value-driven discussions, business case development, and ROI presentations.
• Acquire extensive knowledge of Smart Test, including Workday integrations and unique features.
• Address functional and technical queries confidently during the sales process.
• Relay customer feedback and insights to product and go-to-market teams.
• Provide support for RFPs, proposals, and customer workshops as necessary.
• Contribute to the development of enablement materials and best practices for demonstrations.
• Work collaboratively across sales, product, and delivery teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Share expertise and best practices with the Solutions Consulting team.
• Engage in team learning and development activities.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.
• Over 3 years of experience with Workday, HCM, or similar enterprise systems (preferably in functional, consulting, or testing roles).
• At least 2 years in a presales, solution consulting, or customer-facing SaaS position.
• Strong capability to link technical solutions to business results.
• Experience in delivering product demonstrations and engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders.
