📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Trust Pillar to connect with prospects early and establish operational reliability.

• Initiate discovery discussions that address prospect workflows, challenges, ecosystem dynamics, and AI workforce preparedness.

• Develop functional scoping and capability matrices, including the scope for proof-of-value.

• Enhance solution narratives with precise, engaging, and structured content.

• Lead whiteboard sessions and workshops alongside partner and prospect functional leaders.

• Utilize process analysis frameworks to assess workflow complexity, volume, and value impact.

• Convert operational dialogues into process maps, workflow specifications, and prioritized opportunity backlogs.

• Offer advice on delegation, sequencing, prioritization, and phasing.

• Create and uphold multi-phase AI Workforce work-delegation roadmaps for designated partner accounts.

• Spot and quantify expansion opportunities within current accounts.

• Deliver roadmap updates and business cases to partner leadership, operations, and ecosystem stakeholders.

• Leverage realized ROI and deployment data to advocate for further capacity investments.

• Connect cross-functional teams to guarantee that solution intent is accurately conveyed during delivery.

• Contribute partner-observed insights and gaps to the AI workforce roadmap.

• Document reusable solution patterns, workflow libraries, and discovery frameworks for internal knowledge management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in solutions consulting, pre-sales engineering, management consulting, or business process advisory roles.

• Proven experience leading discovery sessions, workshops, or consulting engagements with senior operations stakeholders.

• A strong history of translating intricate business processes into structured, deliverable outcomes.

• Experience working collaboratively with existing partner and prospect engagement teams.

• Capability to lead structured discovery and design sessions and generate clear outputs.

• Proficiency in breaking down complex, exception-heavy workflows into structured, outcome-oriented process maps.

• Expertise in crafting and delivering solution narratives that link AI workforce capabilities to quantifiable business results.

• Familiarity with AI-native concepts, workflow tools, and integration factors.

• Preferred: experience with AI-driven autonomous solutions and platforms.

• Preferred: a background in business consulting or professional services with experience in external-facing engagements.

• Preferred: experience in developing or refining business process roadmaps within the financial services sector.
