This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Take ownership of opportunities by managing the proposal delivery process: Collaborate with the sales team to assist qualified opportunities from the qualification phase through to proposal delivery, facilitating discovery, scoping, and solution design across a portfolio of active deals.
• Structure Client Use Cases: Analyze and organize client use cases based on business challenges, target demographics, and intended outcomes, distinguishing between new and reusable functionalities.
• Create Client-Facing Deliverables: Develop PSGs/BRDs, business cases, flow charts, journey diagrams, and demonstrations that outline scope and align stakeholders effectively.
• Contribute to Pricing and Packaging: Generate level-of-effort estimates and other pricing inputs while supporting pricing approvals, including decisions regarding bundled, piloted, or performance-based programs.
• Define Integration Requirements: Specify the data, triggers, and integration requirements (API or flat file) necessary for executing solutions.
• Navigate Governance and Compliance: Operate within use-case governance and compliance frameworks (TCPA, HIPAA), assessing when a use case is new, marketable, or requires product or legal validation.
• Align to Measurable Outcomes: Connect solutions to quantifiable success metrics such as conversion rates, cost savings, and quality scores (e.g., STARS), while defining measurement frameworks, including holdout and control-group methodologies, in collaboration with client insights and operations for test design and reporting.
• Maintain Opportunity Data: Ensure Salesforce remains accurate across the business portfolio, including use-case inventory attachment, solutions-consultant and account assignments, and PSG status.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally and Influence Product Development: Partner with sales, finance, revenue operations, product, operations, and legal teams to create solutions that are both appealing and practical, while identifying product gaps that can inform future improvements.
• A Bachelor's degree and/or 3 to 6 years of experience in solutions consulting, sales engineering, pre-sales, implementation, or a combined strategy/product role, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Experience working within or selling to highly regulated industries such as healthcare, insurance, or education.
• Proven ability to translate discovery and client needs into a scoped, actionable solution and a formal specification.
• Understanding of data integration concepts (APIs, flat-file or SFTP exchanges, triggers) and the ability to define requirements in collaboration with technical teams.
• Basic knowledge of TCPA and HIPAA considerations, or the capacity to quickly learn compliance constraints related to regulated outreach.
• Strong Salesforce expertise and comfort in maintaining precise opportunity and pipeline data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present solutions and recommendations directly to clients and senior stakeholders confidently.
