• Deep Discovery: Exhibit exceptional communication abilities to identify client needs, facilitating the creation of customized platform builds that address their unique challenges and objectives.
• Product Demos: Conduct engaging product demonstrations that highlight the value and functionalities of Cision’s technology to potential clients and customers, including the capacity to explain complex topics to less technical audiences.
• Technical Support: Offer technical assistance during both pre-sales and post-sales phases, addressing client inquiries and concerns to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
• Solution Design: Collaborate closely with clients to design and implement bespoke solutions that utilize Cision’s technology to achieve their goals.
• Collaboration: Work alongside internal teams such as Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to guarantee seamless integration and execution of solutions.
• Client Relationships: Develop and sustain strong connections with key stakeholders to foster new business opportunities.
• Market Insights: Remain informed about industry trends and developments to provide clients with the most pertinent and effective solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree
• 6-8 years of experience in a SaaS software role may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 2-3 years of experience in Solution Consulting
• Proficient in discovery skills, presentation skills, and knowledge of API or technical language.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.
• Familiarity with marketing technology (Martech) and digital marketing technologies and workflows; coding skills are preferred.
