This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and execute discovery-driven product demonstrations tailored to each buyer's unique business challenges, organizational structure, and strategic objectives.
• Customize and configure demo environments to accurately represent the customer's context, including their data models, terminology, and workflows.
• Make intricate functionalities intuitive by effectively managing pacing, storytelling, and emphasis in real-time.
• Address live technical inquiries with confidence and depth, knowing when to delve deeper and when to maintain a strategic focus.
• Collaborate with Account Executives throughout the entire sales process, from qualification to closure, serving as the main technical and product expert.
• Lead proof-of-concept initiatives, overseeing configuration, timelines, and success criteria in coordination with both prospects and internal teams.
• Respond to Requests for Proposals and security questionnaires with precise, persuasive content that propels the sales process forward.
• Create and sustain a repository of demo materials, POC playbooks, and objection-handling resources that can be leveraged across the team.
• Translate platform capabilities into meaningful business outcomes that resonate with HR, People Operations, Finance, and executive stakeholders.
• Clearly and credibly identify and articulate competitive advantages without disparaging competitors.
• Remain thoroughly updated on ChartHop's product roadmap, positioning, and packaging to ensure you are always promoting what is real and forthcoming.
• Incorporate customer and prospect feedback into product development and go-to-market strategies, acting as a valuable signal from the field.
• A minimum of 5 years in a Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, or Pre-Sales position within a SaaS organization.
• Proven ability to deliver complex product presentations to executive-level buyers in a consultative, discovery-oriented manner.
• Strong technical skills: capable of configuring software environments, quickly learning new platforms, and confidently addressing detailed product inquiries.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for simplifying complex concepts without oversimplifying.
• Comfort in presenting to diverse audiences, including HR leaders, Finance representatives, and C-suite executives.
• Experience in managing proof-of-concept projects involving multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines.
• A history of approaching demos as a craft: you prepare thoughtfully, personalize extensively, and conduct honest debriefs.
• Direct experience in HR Technology: HRIS, HCM, workforce planning, performance management, compensation, or related fields (preferred).
• Familiarity with the HR tech landscape, including vendors, integration patterns, and buyer dynamics that influence it (preferred).
• Experience selling to organizations with 200-2,000 employees, where alignment between HR and Finance often drives deals (preferred).
• Exposure to AI-driven products and the ability to clearly explain agentic capabilities to interested yet cautious buyers (preferred).
• Proficient in tools commonly utilized in the pre-sales process: CRM systems, demo environment management, and RFP platforms (preferred).
