This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with Customer-Facing Teams to effectively communicate CentralReach's value proposition, vision, and strategic direction.
• Lead technical engagement with customers throughout the evaluation phase.
• Support intricate opportunities utilizing competitive insights and technical expertise.
• Provide product and technical briefings/presentations to clients.
• Keep precise notes and feedback updated in the CRM system.
• Interact with customers and CentralReach teams concerning product feedback.
• Collaborate with the CentralReach Product Council to influence the product roadmap.
• Assist the Product Team with certifications and training initiatives.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ABA (Clinical or Practice Management).
• In-depth knowledge of current EHR and Practice Management solutions and technologies.
• Strong enthusiasm for educating customers on how CentralReach can enhance their business.
• Drive to assist CentralReach sales and customers in achieving success.
• Experience thriving in a startup or comparable environment.
• Capability to embrace ambitious goals.
• Natural curiosity and commitment to learning about the sales process and solutions.
• Proficient in Sales CRM tools such as Salesforce.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
