This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Create impactful AI prompts that address real-world legal challenges and demonstrate value across various industries and practice areas.
• Assemble a collection of sample prompts and outputs to highlight the adaptability of GC AI for both prospects and clients.
• Collaborate with in-house attorneys to gain a thorough understanding of their workflows (research, contracts, diligence, document analysis, compliance, etc.) and develop practical AI-driven solutions.
• Serve as the Voice of the Customer by providing insights to the Product team, ensuring that features evolve to address real-world legal requirements.
• Facilitate prompting workshops and training sessions to enhance customer adoption and confidence in effectively using AI.
• Establish GC AI as the reliable legal AI partner by bringing credibility, expertise, and empathy to every engagement.
• A minimum of 4 years of legal practice experience, including at least 2 years working in-house or in legal operations.
• A sincere enthusiasm for AI, with practical experience and a love for experimentation.
• Demonstrated ability to learn rapidly, think critically, and apply knowledge in innovative ways.
• Practical experience with legal technology tools (e.g., CLM, automation, or other legal software).
• Exceptional client-facing abilities: empathetic, proactive, and skilled at managing multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to convey complex concepts clearly.
• Travel may be required up to 25% of the time.
