This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as a dedicated consultative resource for Sales, Sales leadership, and customers, focusing on Microsoft Solutions with an intermediate level of expertise.
• Offer recommendations that align with customer objectives and escalate complex situations to senior team members.
• Provide industry-specific insights targeting customer challenges, leading to the adoption of Microsoft modern solutions.
• Deliver guidance on Microsoft Volume Licensing products, pricing, and programs.
• Promote value-added services such as managed and professional services.
• Collaborate with POD SAs to identify and develop opportunities for Advanced Technology Products.
• Handle incoming Xcelerate requests from Account Managers.
• Process contract amendments, CIWs, CICRs, supplemental CPS orders, direct billing orders, direct billing EA quoting, and customer online tenant additions.
• Work with Subscription Operations on billing cases, addressing held or failed Microsoft CSP orders, creating product SKUs, and managing communications.
• Conduct online research regarding new product developments.
• Train and communicate with Account Managers utilizing Microsoft sales resources and portals.
• Remain updated on programs, technical knowledge, market trends, and operational models.
• Complete Microsoft training via Get License Ready and Partner University.
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendor resources and account teams.
• Execute outbound sales development activities for Connection or Microsoft campaigns.
• Achieve quarterly goals and objectives set by Microsoft Solutions Sales Leadership.
• Obtain Azure Fundamentals and Microsoft 365 Fundamentals certifications within the first 12 months of employment.
• Undertake additional duties or special projects as assigned.
• Candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
• Proficient understanding of Microsoft solutions and programs, with the capability to complete on-the-job training leading to certification.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft lifecycle and renewals process.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Volume Licensing.
• Demonstrated sales, sales support, or similar experience, with the ability to negotiate and present solutions effectively.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to present complex information to customers.
• Comfort in presenting to internal teams.
• Strong consultative abilities.
• Capacity to efficiently manage competing priorities.

• Ability to create, type, and proof professional business documents.
