Solutions Architect – SAP P2P

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the evaluation and design of comprehensive Procure-to-Pay workflows utilizing SAP and OpenText VIM.

• Establish solution architecture and suggest enhancements to improve operational efficiency and invoice processing outcomes.

• Create and deliver functional specifications for VIM improvements, including the development of Logic Modules and data enrichment functionalities.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and third-party consultants to comprehend current processes and outline future solutions.

• Ensure that proposed solutions are in accordance with SAP and OpenText best practices, technical limitations, and business needs.

• Provide architectural direction throughout the solution lifecycle, from gathering requirements to implementation.

• Support initiatives for process transformation aimed at enhancing controls, automation, user experience, and overall P2P effectiveness.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Solutions Architect or Senior SAP P2P Consultant.

• In-depth knowledge of SAP Procure-to-Pay processes and relevant technologies.

• Extensive hands-on experience with OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM).

• Proficient in designing and implementing VIM enhancements, including Logic Modules and workflow improvements.

• Proven track record of delivering comprehensive P2P process transformations and optimization initiatives.

• Ability to convert business challenges into practical, scalable, and maintainable solution designs.

• Strong skills in stakeholder engagement and facilitating workshops.

• Experience in navigating complex consulting and multi-vendor delivery settings.

• Desired familiarity with SAP S/4HANA.

• Background in supporting finance transformation or shared services initiatives.

• Understanding of process automation and best practices in invoice management.
