This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and standardize SAP integrations: Create, maintain, and refine Zip’s primary SAP (ECC and S/4HANA) and Ariba integration templates to ensure they provide scalable, repeatable, and robust customer implementations.
• Connect product with the field: Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) to guarantee that integration templates remain perfectly aligned with core product architecture, field insights, and evolving customer requirements.
• Transform nuance into scalability: Examine intricate customer implementations to pinpoint reusable data mapping patterns and system nuances, turning customized solutions into standardized internal assets.
• Assist pre-sales engineering: Work alongside account teams during the pre-sales process to design and validate integration architectures, ensuring prospective customers are prepared for smooth, best-practice deployments.
• Promote technical implementation excellence: Define, document, and advocate for technical solution consulting best practices, elevating the technical standards and ensuring consistency across all implementations.
• Become a Multi-ERP specialist: Utilize your existing expertise in SAP, P2P, and modules (MM/FI) to achieve deep fluency across additional ERP ecosystems, ultimately becoming the go-to subject matter expert on integration architecture, data models, and Zip’s App Studio.
• Design for enduring scalability: Tackle every technical challenge with an engineering mindset—designing and executing a solution thoroughly once to facilitate effortless future implementations. You balance high-level architectural design with a readiness to engage directly in API configurations and template modifications to ensure successful outcomes.
