Solutions Architect – Presales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as a primary technical liaison for clients, facilitating business objectives, solution requirements, and technical specifications concerning training data for machine learning.

• Design and execute effective and scalable workflows for data acquisition and annotation.

• Create and present tailored solutions, process enhancements, and integration strategies to ensure long-term success for customers.

• Lead the creation of responses to customer RFPs and RFIs, crafting innovative solution proposals.

• Conduct presentations and demonstrations that align with the business goals of enterprise clients.

• Develop and modify strategic plans that correspond with client objectives.

• Spot opportunities for process enhancements and increased efficiencies.

• Collaborate with fellow Solutions Consultants on technology strategy initiatives.

• Engage cross-functionally with globally distributed client services, solutions consulting, sales, technical, and supply chain teams.

• Represent the organization at industry events, customer engagements, conferences, and speaking opportunities.

• Utilize industry insights to identify trends and disruptions, providing actionable recommendations to shape customer engagement and sales strategies.

• Transition intricate projects and programs to global production teams for scaling.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or higher.

• A minimum of 4+ years of experience in service-oriented solution and technical pre/post-sales roles.

• A keen interest in AI and emerging technologies.

• Strongly preferred experience in data services.

• Excellent communication skills for engaging with customer stakeholders.

• Proficient fluency in English, both spoken and written.

• Ability to build and sustain long-term relationships with internal and external business partners.

• Strategic mindset and business acumen.

• Exceptional problem-solving and project management abilities.

• Analytical mindset with robust data analysis skills.
