This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• As a Solutions Architect working remotely in the US, you will collaborate with a diverse array of clients globally to provide remarkable experiences by assisting them in identifying their business challenges, followed by developing and implementing effective technology-driven solutions to address those needs.

• Our consultants guide clients through a journey encompassing strategy, implementation, customization, and support, ensuring an outstanding customer experience at every phase.

• You will enhance TTEC Digital's connections with our accounts by approaching them from a customer experience perspective and designing cutting-edge technology solutions that tackle their business issues.

• Additionally, you will serve as a thought leader both internally and externally, consistently embodying our core values of innovation, passion, excellence, and integrity.


⛳️ Requirements

• Capability to architect and establish standards for low- to medium-complexity solutions utilizing a variety of technologies, platforms, and integrations.

• Over 3 years of experience with Agile delivery, with the ability to advise on the most suitable approach for a project, whether Agile, traditional/waterfall, or hybrid.

• More than 5 years of experience leading consulting projects, which includes:

• Implementing, configuring, and customizing Microsoft D365, including but not limited to setting up forms, views, dashboards, workflows, business rules, solutions, etc.

• Implementing, configuring, and customizing the Power Platform, including but not limited to Power Automate, Power BI, and PowerApps.

• Configuring and customizing Copilot Studio.

• Implementing two or more of the following: Microsoft Dynamics D365 Sales, Contact Center, Customer Service, Customer Insights.

• Migrating data and/or implementing integrations to and from D365.

• Able to determine whether a high-complexity routine should be implemented via a no-code solution or through a software development effort.

• Experience with two or more of the following: C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, Microsoft ADO, integrations with external systems, SQL queries, HTML/CSS, ETL solutions such as Scribe or SSIS with KingswaySoft, SDK, and third-party tools like XRMToolbox.

• Possession of two or more relevant Microsoft certifications.
