Solutions Architect – MFG

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary technical representative for Databricks while collaborating with various clients.

• Guide customers through a transformative journey, assisting them in assessing and integrating Databricks into their strategic plans.

• Execute the technical strategy within accounts, ensuring a clear comprehension of its business significance.

• Cultivate a community of technical advocates within the organization.

• Synchronize technical strategies with Databricks solutions.

• Offer structured mentorship to fellow team members.

• Earn the respect of your colleagues through your expertise, insights, and contributions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in forming virtual teams and guiding them to achieve success within the account.

• Background in managing substantial global accounts (> $1m ARR).

• Skilled in developing relationships with executives and key influencers, both internally and externally.

• Ability to present a compelling perspective to key decision-makers, steering them towards successful outcomes.

• Technical proficiency in data engineering, cloud data warehousing, and/or data science.

• Capability in driving data-driven business transformation and facilitating change through data.

• Expertise in production programming with Python, R, Scala, or Java.

• Experience conducting live/vibe coding sessions with stakeholders.

• Preferred: Databricks Certification.
