Solutions Architect – Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the regional Solutions Architect Management team to implement and support a unified strategy for solutions architects within specific verticals.

• Ensure that all solutions architects align with organizational goals.

• Engage with senior management across various business functions.

• Partner with the Sales Management team to develop strategies and guarantee the achievement of sales objectives.

• Select, nurture, and assess personnel.

• Work alongside marketing and product managers to provide insights on Red Hat’s offerings and technologies.

• Exhibit a thorough understanding of our portfolio and assist our Sales team by converting the capabilities of Red Hat’s offerings into compelling value propositions.

• Manage and mentor experienced Solution Architects, ensuring effective succession planning, talent retention, and professional development.

• Supervise the design and quality of account success plans, ensuring that regional customer requirements and regulations are met.

• Proactively identify and address complex regional challenges related to customer adoption, technical coverage, and integration.

• Collaborate with regional sales, consulting, and ecosystem leadership to foster business development and pipeline expansion.

• Align regional Solution Architecture functions with broader corporate initiatives and strategic goals.

• Track regional pipeline metrics, identify trends, and select initiatives to enhance performance.

• Build and sustain relationships with senior customer stakeholders outside of customer interactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven success in a technical presales role supporting senior sales executives.

• Experience managing presales engineers or holding a senior solutions architect position.

• Established record of cultivating relationships at engineering, commercial, and executive levels within organizations.

• Sales-oriented with strong customer business acumen.

• Exceptional presentation, communication, and documentation skills.

• Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent technical experience.

• Extensive technical background in Red Hat's portfolio technologies or relevant industry knowledge.
