Solutions Architect Lead

📋 Description

• Lead and cultivate a high-performing integration team dedicated to smooth client onboarding and scalable technical solutions.

• Deliver comprehensive client support throughout the onboarding process.

• Manage APIs, SDK documentation, integration guides, and support materials.

• Evaluate clients’ technical and functional requirements, designing solutions that leverage Sardine’s system and product capabilities.

• Oversee implementation projects, including quality assurance, timeline management, risk mitigation, and execution of deliverables.

• Comprehend customers’ business challenges, technical needs, and success metrics to offer solutions utilizing Sardine’s technology.

• Provide product insights and feedback to internal stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of practical experience as an implementation manager, integrations engineer, technical account manager, solution architect, or systems analyst.

• Proven experience collaborating with various technical teams, both internal and external.

• At least 3 years of B2B SaaS experience in the areas of payment, fraud, risk, or compliance.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical and business concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously, driving them to successful completion.

• Familiarity with basic SQL querying and JSON payload analysis.

• Knowledge of API specifications, such as OpenAPI.

• Experience in web development.

• Proficient in writing scripts for building internal tools, including bash scripting, Python, SQL, Ruby, Golang, or Postman.
