Solutions Architect II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Offer technical knowledge and support during customer interactions regarding private cellular and cellular edge router platforms.

• Oversee alpha and beta testing as well as field trials.

• Develop and present compelling proofs-of-concept, presentations, and proposals.

• Design high-level solution architectures and designs.

• Conduct productive customer meetings to gather, document, and influence requirements.

• Build strong customer relationships as a trusted technical advisor.

• Clearly communicate the value proposition of Netsync and its OEM partners.

• Provide technical guidance on solution configuration, design, proposals, and deployment.

• Assist in formulating strategies to optimally position technology both internally and externally.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

• Experience in responding to bids and/or RFPs within the Public Sector is advantageous.

• Proficiency in additional solution areas such as enterprise wireless, security, collaboration, and data center.

• Strong comprehension of business drivers.

• Ability to convert business requirements into technical specifications.

• Familiarity with SOW/BOM development, scoping, and pricing services.

• Experience in design and network architecture.

• Background as a sales engineer.

• Experience with VAR, consulting, or similar roles.

• Competence in solution and financial justification, including translating soft costs/benefits into monetary values, ROI, payback, TCO, hurdle rates, IRR, and life-cycle returns.
