This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• The Solutions Architect offers guidance and insights throughout the entire project life cycle, from the initial sales concept to ongoing implementation support.
• Engages in complex projects and collaborates directly with clients to create designs, establish budgets, and manage expectations.
• Develops conceptual system designs and identifies system requirements.
• Delivers technical expertise to assist with base building tasks and the planning of audio, video, and control solutions.
• Oversees project development and produces functional system descriptions.
• Investigates and suggests technology options.
• Provides technical input for the development of construction drawing packages.
• Supervises project testing, commissioning, and configuration processes.
• Aids projects and teams during the build phase.
• A high school diploma or GED is necessary.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office 365.
• Over 15 years of experience in Digital Signage/Experiential and Workplace Conference Solutions.
• Extensive background in designing and architecting enterprise digital signage, experiential technology, and workplace collaboration solutions across various sectors including corporate, higher education, retail, sports/entertainment, and healthcare.
• Demonstrated experience leading solution strategies for large-scale AV/IT initiatives.
• Advanced understanding of workplace conference solutions, encompassing UC platforms, room standards, audio DSP, microphones, cameras, and control systems.
• Strong pre-sales experience aiding account teams.
• Comfortable acting as a technical advisor and escalation point during different phases of projects.
• Experience in architecting digital signage and digital experience ecosystems.
• Familiarity with immersive and experiential technology environments.
• CTS Certification is preferred.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP routing, ACLs, QoS, VLANs, and Wireless Access Points.
• Proven capability to lead high-profile client interactions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Estimated travel of 20% with mileage reimbursement.
• Regular updates on project engineering milestone statuses to Technical Operations resource planning.
• Maintain industry expertise through the review of trade publications, participation in trade shows, seminars, and educational forums.
