Solutions Architect – DACH

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Engage with customers on a daily basis to convert existing solutions, spreadsheets, and business challenges into advanced multi-dimensional models.

• Comprehend business needs and document them effectively.

• Design and create corresponding Pigment applications.

• Provide training and collaborate with customers to ensure they become self-sufficient in using the solution.

• Participate in and/or lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deployment processes.

• Integrate source software and migration solutions through connectors and APIs.

• Connect customer stakeholders with the product team to foster the development of the optimal planning platform.

• Spearhead cross-functional projects aimed at refining methodology and processes.

• Highly proficient in constructing intricate systems and articulating them to all stakeholders in a straightforward manner for ease of use and maintenance.

• Comfortable managing large volumes of unstructured data that require structuring and validation.

• Strong aptitude for learning new domains and grasping a variety of customer use cases and business models.

• Proven experience in building trustworthy relationships with empathy and commitment.

• Strategic mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup setting.

• Capacity to adapt to a swiftly evolving product landscape and respond strategically to customer requirements.

• Experience in achieving multiple goals in an entrepreneurial environment with minimal supervision.

• Proficient in English.

• Knowledge of French or other European languages is a plus.

• An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
