Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• The Solution Architect (SA) is a technical expert tasked with developing solutions in partnership with TEKsystems Global Services sales teams.

• The Solution Architect will lead the process of identifying, scoping, and crafting solutions/proposals that include technical strategies, estimates, implementation plans, team structure, pricing, and contracts.

• Beyond their pre-sales solution responsibilities, the SA will contribute thought leadership and possess up-to-date industry knowledge.

• Accountable for Service Line ownership, Service Maturation, and exploring new service opportunities.

• Work collaboratively with sales and internal teams in areas such as solution development, account interactions, service design, and practice pipeline management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience.

• Over 10 years of extensive experience in Service Desk, Deskside Services, Network Operations, or IT Operations, with at least 7 years in professional services consulting.

• Proven experience in delivering projects/programs, particularly with significant Organizational Change Management (OCM) components.

• Background in delivering and managing client professional services agreements.

• Regular interactions with external customers at the Director level or higher; typical engagements are at the CXO level, requiring established consulting and interpersonal skills with over 10 years of experience.

• Capability to develop, market, and sell services and products.

• Familiarity with OCM processes, including stakeholder identification, communication, and implementation strategies is preferred but not mandatory.
