• Create and document AWS cloud solutions and migration strategies, emphasizing VMware to AWS transformations

• Oversee comprehensive migration projects: including discovery, architecture design, wave planning, and implementation

• Assist with database migrations, application modernization, and GenAI/ML initiatives

• Interact with customers through workshops, technical sessions, and presentations for stakeholders

• Work collaboratively with delivery teams, enhance the internal knowledge base, and aid in pre-sales activities

• Over 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure or cloud architecture

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with AWS; must have successfully completed a minimum of 2 VMware-to-AWS migration projects

• Knowledge of VMware technologies (vSphere, vCenter) and dependencies of enterprise applications

• Proficiency in core AWS services: EC2, VPC, S3, RDS, IAM

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools: CloudFormation or Terraform

• Familiarity with migration tools: AWS Application Migration Service

• Understanding of networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, load balancing

• Scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, or Bash; knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems

• AWS Solutions Architect – Associate certification (mandatory)

• AWS Solutions Architect – Professional certification (preferred, or to be obtained within 6 months)
