Creative Tech – Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Assume complete responsibility for the technical aspects and support the functional environment of missions.

• Accountable for designing optimal architecture, managing staffing, delegating tasks, and prioritizing work to ensure successful project outcomes.

• Adjust to unforeseen project changes and navigate intricate organizational landscapes with independence.

• Oversee the financial elements of projects and missions, ensuring delivery stays within defined scope and budget.

• Serve as a recognized authority and reference point for employees throughout the organization in your area of expertise.

• Promote awareness and application of quality management principles, processes, and tools to ensure distinctive deliverables.

• Build enduring relationships with clients, influencing their strategic decisions and anticipating future requirements.

• Lead the creation and drafting of intricate sales proposals, playing a pivotal role in negotiations and technical pre-sales activities.

• Actively suggest enhancements to the client’s organization and processes based on technical insights.

• Assess risks that may impede project progress and implement effective action plans.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in designing highly scalable and resilient solutions using Java, .Net, or Python, employing modern architectures and key patterns.

• Extensive experience with deployment on major cloud providers such as Azure, GCP, or AWS.

• Compelling public speaking skills with the ability to unite and persuade stakeholders, even in challenging circumstances.

• Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level) is essential.

• Strong grasp of the strategic and practical implications of technical decisions.

• Advanced proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
