Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate discovery sessions to identify business objectives, technical specifications, and solution limitations, converting client challenges into scalable, production-ready Data & AI frameworks.

• Act as the main technical consultant throughout client interactions.

• Offer insights on architecture, tools, implementation strategies, and technical compromises.

• Create architectural diagrams, design documentation, implementation roadmaps, and technical standards.

• Oversee and manage the delivery of enterprise Data & AI solutions from architecture to production deployment.

• Assist engineering teams during implementation, pinpoint technical risks, and eliminate delivery obstacles.

• Utilize AI throughout the software delivery lifecycle to enhance solution design, engineering efficiency, documentation, testing, troubleshooting, and client results.

• Advise clients on effective AI integration.

• Mentor engineers by providing architectural insights, technical coaching, and design evaluations.

• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and technical training initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Data Engineering, or similar consulting positions.

• Proven track record in designing and deploying enterprise Data & AI solutions in production within cloud environments.

• Demonstrated experience in leveraging AI and modern AI technologies throughout the software delivery lifecycle.

• Strong background in consulting, leading technical discovery, solution architecture, and client-facing projects.

• Practical experience with tools such as Snowflake, Databricks, Google BigQuery, AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.

• Hands-on familiarity with data engineering technologies including Python, SQL, Java and/or Scala, Spark, Kafka, Airflow, dbt, Fivetran, Matillion, or similar.

• Knowledge of CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, observability, and monitoring practices.

• Experience with enterprise AI technologies and frameworks such as Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, Snowflake Cortex AI, AWS Bedrock, LangChain, or LangGraph.

• Comfortable working in distributed, global teams and collaborating across time zones.

• Preferred: Industry certifications in Snowflake, AWS, Azure, GCP, Anthropic, and/or Databricks.

• Preferred: Contributions to technical communities through speaking engagements, writing, open-source projects, or internal training initiatives.
