Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Become a specialist in the Orkes platform, guiding customers through training, onboarding, and the implementation of best practices.

• Collaborate with the sales team as a technical consultant throughout the sales cycle.

• Work alongside the product team, representing customer interests in the field.

• Assist customers in achieving data-driven results utilizing the Orkes platform.

• Create architectural visions and identify compelling use cases to unlock customer value.

• Address customer challenges related to orchestration and application development in sectors such as logistics, fintech, cybersecurity, healthcare, application modernization, performance scaling, and resilience.

• Facilitate workshops, seminars, and meet-ups for the technical community.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in software engineering, cloud architecture, and customer-facing roles.

• Knowledge of business processes across various industries, regions, and technical areas.

• Familiarity with system design patterns, distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architecture.

• Experience with integrations utilizing REST and messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, MQ, etc.).

• Proficiency in Java programming language.

• Strong analytical skills and a desire to learn new technologies.

• A collaborative approach to work.

• Experience with orchestration engines or workflow systems (e.g., Conductor, Camunda, Temporal) is a plus.

• Contributions to open-source projects are a plus.

• Ability to work during US/PST or EST hours.

• Willingness to travel 15–20% of the time.
