Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate technical discovery sessions to grasp customer goals, requirements, and infrastructure challenges.

• Create comprehensive solutions across cloud, hybrid, on-premises, and bare-metal settings.

• Collaborate with Sales during pre-sales activities, including onboarding, scoping, RFP/RFI responses, and technical estimations.

• Present technical information, conduct product demonstrations, lead workshops, and provide solution overviews.

• Produce architecture documentation, technical diagrams, cost assessments, and TCO models.

• Gather customer feedback and suggest product improvements to Product Management.

• Liaise with vendors, supply chain teams, and internal stakeholders regarding hardware availability and deployment schedules.

• Remain updated on infrastructure technologies, hosting platforms, cloud services, and industry developments.

• Establish trusted relationships with customers as their primary technical advisor.

• Work collaboratively with Engineering, Product, and Operations to ensure solutions are technically robust and operationally viable.

• Oversee multiple sales opportunities concurrently while ensuring customer engagement.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth understanding of IT infrastructure encompassing cloud, hybrid, on-premises, and bare-metal environments.

• Proficiency with public cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

• Solid knowledge of networking, system architecture, and infrastructure technologies.

• Familiarity with VLANs, RAID, CPU architecture, IP networking, IP routing, and BGP.

• Knowledge of NVIDIA reference architectures and GPU infrastructure design, including GPU cluster networking and InfiniBand/NVLink.

• Capability to design scalable, highly available, and cost-effective infrastructure solutions.

• Experience in producing technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and solution designs.

• Skill in articulating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Strong presentation skills for customer-facing interactions.

• Ability to collaborate and build relationships across Sales, Engineering, Product, and customer teams.

• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.

• Proficiency in managing multiple customer opportunities and competing priorities.

• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and onsite engagements as required.

• Proficient in spoken and written English.

• Experience in designing AI/ML infrastructure utilizing NVIDIA reference architectures, including DGX, HGX, and GPU cluster networking.

• Previous experience as a Solutions Architect or in similar customer-facing technical consulting roles.

• Background as a Cloud Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or related infrastructure engineering roles.

• Hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.

• Familiarity with enterprise bare-metal server hardware and hosting infrastructure.

• Knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 27001, and HIPAA compliance standards.

• Proficiency in scripting or automation languages.

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or another STEM-related discipline is preferred.
