📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional customer service to Logically’s client base.

• Uphold company values while adhering to best practices and operational procedures.

• Oversee the status of open tickets/projects and complete technical and operational tasks to efficiently and accurately meet project deliverables.

• Evaluate technology during the sales process and assess customer needs to accurately communicate technical issues and requirements to product management, development, and service teams.

• Plan and execute technical product demonstrations that highlight the value of Logically to various stakeholders from Marketing, Operations, Sales, and Service teams.

• Design solutions for prospects and clients that address critical business needs.

• Review quote content and provide precise project estimates by liaising with customers, internal stakeholders, and vendors.

• Develop our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for different verticals and customer segments that align with our vision for effectively scoring, segmenting, and prioritizing leads and accounts, while optimizing Sales, Marketing, and Service engagement throughout the customer lifecycle.

• Review and respond to technical and functional aspects of Requests for Information.

• Create and facilitate technical product presentations to engage customers and train sales teams.

• Cultivate relationships with customers by acting as a technical liaison for sales teams.

• Support product enhancements by informing technical and product development teams of business solutions requested by multiple customers, for which there is currently no technological resolution.

• Travel to customer sites to identify technical business needs and confirm these with internal teams, including managed services, network operations, and product development, to validate requirements and ensure actionable commitments.

• Surpass monthly sales revenue targets while contributing to the overall objectives of the team.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

• At least 3 years of experience in sales engineering or IT within the managed services, professional services, or security industry.

• A minimum of 2 years in a customer-facing role, ideally with Presales experience.

• Preferred certification in Dell, HP, VMWare, and Hyper-V.

• Proficient in using a CRM, preferably ConnectWise, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics.

• Extensive knowledge and technical expertise in Managed Services products and offerings, along with familiarity with various IT ecosystem technologies (e.g., Dell, HP, virtualization such as VMWare and SQL), including experience with technology development teams.

• Working understanding of site and central IT technologies provisioned under the service and product portfolio.

• Comprehension of the technical interactions between infrastructure technologies and current applications that are part of the product and service portfolio.

• Advanced knowledge of application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines.

• Understanding of architecture and design across all systems.

• Business acumen to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Adaptable and able to maintain composure during stressful situations while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Active listener with superior oral and written communication skills, capable of handling challenging conversations.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability and determination to generate options and choose the optimal solution.

• Capacity to build trust-based relationships to facilitate collaboration and cooperation among team members and internal/external stakeholders.

• Proficient in communicating effectively with customers and various management levels both verbally and in writing.

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

• Team-oriented mindset and readiness to share knowledge with colleagues.
