Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Spearhead architectural discovery and evaluation initiatives for both new and ongoing clients.

• Convert business objectives, constraints, and requirements into precise solution blueprints.

• Collaborate closely with clients to direct technical choices, assess feasibility, and foster trust.

• Work in conjunction with Product Innovation Leads to ensure solutions are in line with product vision and business goals.

• Offer technical guidance and strategic oversight to delivery teams alongside Technical Leads.

• Guarantee that solutions are scalable, maintainable, and adhere to top engineering standards.

• Recognize risks, dependencies, and avenues for enhancement across systems and teams.

• Assist in defining user stories, technical priorities, and solution trajectories.

• Champion simplicity, elegance, and long-term sustainability in system architecture.

⛳️ Requirements

• Approximately 3–6 years of experience in software development, technical leadership, or architecture.

• Experience engaging with clients or external stakeholders.

• Strong capability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• A strategic approach to problem-solving.

• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
