This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish and uphold your position as the primary technical advisor for customers.

• Collaborate with customers to integrate new data sources and implement tailored integrations of Glean into their operational environment and business application architecture.

• Develop and supply tools, templates, and documentation for customers to utilize in their integration with Glean, aligned with their business application stack.

• Identify opportunities within the customer’s business application architecture to enhance the utilization of Glean.

• Offer training and support to customer technical teams, empowering them to manage, support, and extend Glean within their environment.

• Align technical strategies with customers and the Glean Customer Success team.

• Assist in identifying issues, troubleshooting, and remediation for your assigned customers.

• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to drive product improvements, facilitating greater customer adoption of Glean.

• Actively participate in the Glean customer technical community.


⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in software development with at least two of the following languages: Python, Java, Go.

• Familiarity with API and custom data integration in a Hybrid or SaaS setting.

• Proficiency in technical debugging, including log analysis, code analysis, and end-to-end transaction tracing.

• Expertise in networking, with a comprehensive understanding of both cloud and on-premise networking.

• Experience in at least two of the following areas: Software Engineering, Pre-Sales Engineering, Post-Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Support Engineering.

• Practical experience with Cloud technologies in at least one of the following platforms: Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Microsoft Azure.

• Security and audit experience: capable of comprehensively understanding the technical and audit framework of the product and effectively representing it to customer security and audit stakeholders.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of technical consulting experience, or a Master’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent with at least 1 year of technical consulting experience.
