Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Quickly grasp the customer's requirements and challenges to design and implement effective solutions utilizing open source and Diagrid technologies.

• Collaborate with prospective clients interested in integrating open-source Dapr into their applications.

• Facilitate their onboarding process to Diagrid Cloud.

• Engage users by creating and presenting customer demonstrations.

• Develop Proof of Concept (PoC) solutions across various programming languages.

• Offer architectural guidance across a wide range of technologies focused on the Cloud Native environment.

• Leverage expert knowledge in cloud engineering and system design to assist clients with distributed system issues.

• Share insights and knowledge from real-world customer interactions to enhance Diagrid products.

• Communicate customer pain points and opportunities to the leadership team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Developer Advocate, or a similar technical customer-facing position.

• Exceptional customer engagement and communication abilities.

• Proven experience in designing and developing enterprise applications and solutions.

• Strong understanding of computer science principles with an emphasis on distributed systems.

• Proficient development experience in at least one of Java, .NET, or Go.

• Good knowledge of Node and Python.

• Familiarity with open source software.

• Experience using Git-based version control systems.

• Ability to quickly shift priorities and adapt to changing situations.

• Bonus: experience with Kubernetes, Docker, or other container-based systems.

• Bonus: experience with public cloud providers.

• Bonus: exposure to developer frameworks including .ASP.NET Core, Express, Django, and Spring Boot.

• Bonus: experience with Dapr (http://dapr.io).
