📋 Description

• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to spearhead the onboarding and implementation strategy for enterprise clients.

• Create scalable integration architectures utilizing APIs, webhooks, AI MCPs, databases, and mobile applications.

• Assist customers in navigating complex deployment choices, including both agent-based and agentless models.

• Convert business and technical requirements into scalable and maintainable solutions.

• Oversee technical discovery, implementation planning, and the design of customer solutions.

• Resolve intricate integration and data flow issues across customer environments.

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor for customers throughout the onboarding and expansion phases.

• Develop scalable processes, documentation, and implementation frameworks to enhance delivery consistency.

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to shape roadmap priorities and elevate the customer experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in solutions architecture, technical implementation, or customer-facing engineering roles within SaaS environments.

• Extensive experience in designing and supporting API-driven integrations and intricate technical workflows.

• Proficient knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, webhooks, and contemporary cloud architectures.

• Experience with databases and cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, or Azure SQL.

• Strong troubleshooting abilities and systems-thinking skills across integrations, data flows, and platform connectivity.

• Capability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Proven experience in leading customer-facing technical projects and managing implementation complexities.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and thriving in fast-paced environments.
