Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Overseeing the technical integration, deployment, and troubleshooting of ZTS services for enterprise clients.

• Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, offering best practices and technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

• Partnering with internal teams to address and resolve complex technical challenges.

• Recording solutions, generating technical documentation, and contributing to knowledge sharing within the team.

• Engaging in customer training sessions to promote product adoption and enhance usability.

• Involving in pre-sales activities as necessary (e.g., technical workshops, proofs of concept).

• Traveling as needed (less than 20%).

⛳️ Requirements

• Hold a high school diploma or a Bachelor’s degree with over 2 years of experience in web application security, network security, or IT security solutions.

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.) and maintain expertise across these environments for smooth integration and functionality.

• Have a strong understanding of internet fundamentals, DNS and routing, as well as communication protocols such as HTTP or TCP.

• Gain familiarity with virtual private network and proxy technologies.

• Apply practical knowledge of networking concepts, including Layer 3 and Layer 4, to effectively tackle technical tasks and challenges.

• Exhibit outstanding communication skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
