Solutions Architect, AI Factory Infrastructure

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist in designing and scaling high-performance, distributed AI infrastructure either on-premises or in the cloud, utilizing the latest NVIDIA GPU supercomputers for both new and existing clients.

• Serve as a technical expert on NVIDIA products, providing direct support to sales account managers to secure successful builds.

• Proactively build and nurture technical relationships with engineers, management, and architects at key client accounts.

• Deliver on-site assistance to address hardware and software challenges, particularly focused on deep learning inference.

• Oversee the product's entire lifecycle, from initial design to end-of-life, ensuring thorough execution and high customer satisfaction.

• Continuously manage the NVIDIA aspect of infrastructure components and compile findings from customer sites.

• Provide technical and sales training to both direct sales teams and channel partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience).

• Over 5 years of relevant experience in high-tech IT companies, with expertise in NCP, CSP, site reliability, and virtualization technologies (such as VMware, Linux KVM).

• More than 5 years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Slurm, Docker, and similar technologies.

• Proficient with AI tools (including Claude, Codex, Perplexity, etc.), Redfish, Grafana, and Prometheus.

• Exceptional ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities effectively.

• Strong time-management and communication skills essential for coordinating complex projects.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, capable of collaborating successfully with both management and engineering teams.
