Solutions Architect, Adobe Experience Cloud

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete architecture design for intricate Adobe Experience Cloud projects.

• Convert business goals into scalable technical solutions.

• Design architecture incorporating Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Experience Platform, Real-Time CDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and Customer Journey Analytics.

• Develop integration blueprints, data models, identity resolution frameworks, and governance strategies.

• Lead discovery workshops and architecture evaluations.

• Act as the primary technical consultant for client stakeholders.

• Present suggestions, trade-offs, and roadmaps using accessible business language.

• Steer digital transformation and initiatives for modernizing customer experiences.

• Architect strategies for audience activation, customer data, consent management, and identity.

• Design solutions that utilize predictive decision-making and generative AI capabilities.

• Establish frameworks for responsible AI governance and compliance.

• Assess new Adobe capabilities such as Firefly, GenStudio, and AI-enhanced personalization solutions.

• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure effective implementation.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship.

• Promote architectural quality, best practices, and consistency across all engagements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in Solutions Architecture, Technical Consulting, or Enterprise Architecture.

• Demonstrated success in designing complex, multi-system customer experience solutions.

• Practical expertise with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

• Practical expertise with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).

• Practical expertise with Real-Time CDP.

• Practical expertise with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).

• Practical expertise with Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).

• Experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Microsoft Fabric, or similar technologies.

• Strong understanding of data architecture, identity resolution, consent management, and governance frameworks.

• Experience in client-facing consulting roles with executive and technical stakeholders.

• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.

• Adobe certifications are highly preferred, particularly Adobe Certified Expert, Adobe Experience Platform Architect, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Journey Optimizer, or Adobe Data Architect certifications.

• Cloud and data certifications are preferred, including SnowPro, Databricks, Google Cloud Professional Architect, or equivalent certifications.

• Adobe Champion status or active involvement in Adobe community programs is a notable advantage.

• Experience with Adobe Firefly, GenStudio, or generative AI solutions is an additional differentiator.

• Experience in regulated industries such as Healthcare, Pharma, Financial Services, or Insurance is a valuable differentiator.

• Proficiency in GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA, FDA, or EMA compliance frameworks is a distinguishing factor.

• Engagements in industry speaking events, published thought leadership, or contributions to the Adobe ecosystem are differentiators.
