Solutions Architect 3 – AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and define solution and platform architectures for extensive, distributed systems.

• Develop architectures that adhere to high benchmarks for scalability, performance, resilience, and security.

• Collaborate closely with business leaders, product owners, engineering managers, and delivery teams.

• Evaluate, select, and integrate new technologies.

• Establish and uphold architectural standards, patterns, and best practices.

• Offer architectural guidance and mentorship to engineering teams.

• Ensure that solutions comply with security, compliance, and regulatory standards.

• Create and maintain comprehensive architecture documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8 to 12 years of experience in a technology-related field.

• Bachelor’s degree with over 5 years of experience in an architectural role.

• Ability to analyze complex problem areas and develop practical architectural solutions.

• Strong foundation in designing modern application and platform architectures.

• Must have expertise in architectural thinking and technical leadership.

• Proven experience in designing and building enterprise-scale distributed systems.

• Robust programming background in Python and Java.

• Practical experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes).
