Solutions Analyst – Lab Applications

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in fulfilling the objectives of OCHIN by configuring and providing support for clinical applications within the Epic electronic health record (EHR) system for Acute Care member clinics.

• Collaborate with members and internal teams to deliver solutions that promote accurate, secure, and efficient workflows, emphasizing quality financial outcomes for member organizations.

• Design, document, and implement solution functionalities by constructing, testing, and maintaining features in accordance with specifications and requirements, ensuring thorough documentation for usability and future reference.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve intricate technical issues using analytical thinking and advanced technical expertise to guarantee optimal system performance and satisfaction for end-users.

• Work collaboratively across departments to facilitate project implementations and address maintenance issues for members.

• Promote documentation and knowledge sharing by creating and refining technical documentation to enhance process improvement and alignment among cross-functional teams.

• Foster skill development and competency advancement in technical design, analysis, and system enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience and proficiency with SafeTrace TX.

• Preferred Certifications - Epic certification in Orders or Beaker.

• Excellent communication skills – capable of engaging with both application and technical team members, as well as end users.

• Demonstrates integrity and accountability consistently.

• Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on process and data-driven decision making.

• Proactive, self-driven, and solution-focused.

• All applicants must complete a 50–60-minute competency assessment.
