AI Product, Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Further advancement of the organization's AI strategy in close collaboration with various business units and management.

• Identification and assessment of AI use cases that deliver tangible business value.

• Designing, developing, and continuously refining prompts for Claude and other AI models and applications.

• Overseeing and executing AI projects as a project manager – from the initial concept phase to successful implementation.

• Analyzing existing business processes and formulating AI-supported optimization strategies.

• Serving as a liaison between business units, IT, and external partners/vendors.

• Creating training and enablement programs to enhance AI competence across the organization.

• Keeping track of the AI market and technology landscape to identify emerging tools and trends promptly.

• Preparing decision-making documents, concepts, and presentations for management.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a similar qualification.

• Several years of professional experience as a Business Analyst and/or Project Manager.

• Strong hands-on experience in prompt engineering and familiarity with Claude, ChatGPT, and other AI models and tools.

• Excellent analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work.

• Experience in leading (AI) projects, preferably using both traditional and agile methodologies.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex AI topics clearly.

• A high level of initiative, a passion for innovation, and a desire to actively contribute to the development of new AI applications.

• Proficiency in both German and English.
