Solutions Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the precise and prompt delivery of daily, weekly, and month-end customer reports, ensuring that outputs are reliable for customers.

• Maintain and assist with core solution elements, including General Ledger coding, custom fields, order-matching logic, accruals, cost distribution, and month-end reporting.

• Analyze extensive and intricate datasets to detect trends, resolve inconsistencies, and highlight opportunities for enhancing accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.

• Proactively investigate and resolve issues related to data logic, reporting outputs, and customer deliverables, taking full responsibility until resolution.

• Utilize advanced Excel, Microsoft Access, and SQL to manage, validate, and automate data processes, enhancing reporting quality and minimizing manual efforts.

• Confidently navigate systems such as the Infios FAP Portal to aid in custom reporting, data validation, and continuous solution improvements.

• Collaborate effectively with Operations, Product, Implementations, Commercial teams, and customers to support complex solutions and provide clear, data-driven insights.

• Contribute to documentation, process enhancements, and team success by sharing knowledge, assisting in onboarding, participating in goal-setting, and proactively addressing risks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivots, and lookups) and Microsoft Access.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.

• Capacity to manage multiple priorities while meeting strict deadlines.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Comfortable working autonomously while also collaborating across functions.

• Practical knowledge of SQL for data analysis and reporting purposes.

• Experience in SaaS or data-focused operational settings.

• Familiarity with logistics, freight audit/pay, or financial operations.

• Proven experience in enhancing or automating reporting and workflows.

• Exposure to month-end processes, accruals, or financial reporting methodologies.
