This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• You will create comprehensive user stories that align with best practice standards across various projects and programs, along with writing clear, concise, and testable acceptance criteria.
• Perform gap analysis to assist in reviewing and planning for changes and improvements to reach our future objectives.
• Define both functional and non-functional specifications that enable users to verify functionality and allow developers to comprehend required functionalities.
• Manage and take ownership of the project backlog, ensuring that items are articulated with a high level of quality, detailing customer/user requirements and making modifications when necessary.
• Facilitate and lead workshops with both internal and external stakeholders to gather business requirements, documenting and analyzing as necessary. This includes capturing detailed processes, risks, assumptions, and priorities.
• Analyze end-to-end business processes and leverage data to uncover opportunities, assisting in decision-making to help the business achieve its strategic and tactical change initiatives.
• Develop detailed process flows for all relevant projects while adhering to standard working practices.
• Collaborate across the organization with various functions and levels to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Assist in the design, prototyping, and development of our technology solutions through ideation, innovation, and business analysis.
• Engage in large-scale, cross-functional projects while also supporting daily development activities within a Scrum framework.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring a well-organized and structured approach to delivery.
• Be knowledgeable in conducting cost-benefit analysis to aid in prioritization.
• Ensure effective communication and documentation to facilitate project sign-off and approvals.
• Understand user and customer behaviors to design customer-centric business solutions focused on delivering exceptional user experiences.
• Identify root causes to comprehend challenges and implement solutions to eliminate issues, reduce variation, and minimize waste.
• Support and, at times, lead project meetings, translating business goals into milestones and deliverables.
• Collaborate as a team player and contribute to testing, validation, and project management activities as needed.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an analyst in the software/technology sector across various systems/tools, with a comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Proficient in both Scrum and Kanban agile frameworks.
• A thorough understanding of Agile metrics and ceremonies, including daily standups, retrospectives, and burn-down charts.
• Knowledge of the global supply chain encompassing manufacturing, sourcing, and distribution is highly desirable.
• Strong experience in the elicitation, analysis, and documentation of Business Requirements.
• Familiarity with business and system workflows from front to back office.
• Experience in integrating multiple systems and processes is highly desirable.
• Capability to identify potential solution options and assess them for both technical and business viability.
• Significant experience in supporting and delivering large, complex, and diverse organizational projects within tight deadlines.
• Ability to successfully manage multiple highly complex projects with various customers/users using structured methodologies.
• Experience in guiding others within project teams, leading specific members regarding systems and processes.
• Ability to work on diverse projects and adapt seamlessly to each situation.
• Excellent time management skills, capable of working on and completing multiple projects simultaneously, either independently or as part of a team.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Confident in presenting information at all levels within the organization.
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft applications including Azure DevOps, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Familiarity with Power queries, macros, and advanced formulas is a plus.
• Additional experience with tools such as Figma, PowerBi, and Airtable.
• Active knowledge of delivering solutions on modern technology, including .NET, C#, SQL, React, and APIs.
• Ability to collaborate across different markets/regions and with offshore teams.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels internally and externally, presenting information in an easily comprehensible manner.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
