This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead pipeline generation and conversion initiatives for Vodafone's Fixed, Cyber, Cloud, Voice, and MPN products/services within the Americas account base in Vodafone Business International (VBI).

• Proactively shape customer demand prior to formal RFX processes, ensuring Vodafone is optimally positioned to secure new business opportunities.

• Collaborate with Global Account Managers to create account development strategies aimed at promoting the adoption of high-value products and services.

• Conduct workshops and similar activities to foster trust and introduce innovative concepts to customers, providing high-level technical guidance.

• Serve as the “voice of the customer” during the bid phase of opportunities, ensuring internal stakeholders are fully aligned with your expert understanding of customer needs.

• Cultivate strong working relationships with key suppliers in your region and emphasize “high touch” engagement with teams responsible for your accounts.

• Work in partnership with relevant third parties as part of consortium or joint bids.

• Assist Global Account Managers in identifying sales opportunities and formulating a technical winning strategy.

• Engage with Vodafone’s internal stakeholders to evaluate the feasibility of meeting customer demands and collaboratively address any gaps with those same teams.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Sales.

• Extensive knowledge in Secure Networking including SASE, SDWAN, Firewalling, and the foundational OSI layer architectures (optical, ethernet, IP).

• Advanced understanding of Unified Communication technologies such as SIP, PSTN dialing from Soft Clients, Cloud PBX, and their modern equivalents.

• Familiarity with mobile data communication architectures encompassing contemporary RAN and Core technologies/vendors.

• Comprehensive knowledge of broader cyber security services including Detection and Response, End Point, OT, Cloud, and emerging AI threats and defensive measures.

• Expertise in cloud architectures and vendors, especially in (multi) cloud networking and management services.

• Strong business development skills – a confident presenter able to engage and maintain customer attention.

• Experience in change management within a technological context.

• Team-oriented with robust influence and relationship management abilities.

• A self-motivated individual with a strong drive for success, complemented by the necessary tact and diplomacy.
