This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to meet designated revenue and growth objectives.
• Identify, target, and qualify new business prospects within assigned regions or market segments.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with public safety agencies, governmental entities, system integrators, dealers, channel partners, and end-users.
• Present and showcase the capabilities of BK Technologies' solutions and products.
• Collaborate with BK Technologies radio sales representatives and account teams to identify, cultivate, and finalize solution opportunities that enhance radio system sales and increase customer value.
• Work alongside radio sales personnel throughout the sales process to facilitate customer discovery, solution positioning, proposal creation, and successful closure of solution opportunities.
• Oversee the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, needs assessment, proposal creation, demonstrations, negotiations, and closing.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline utilizing CRM tools and deliver precise sales forecasts.
• Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, public safety events, and customer meetings.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitive products, public safety communications technologies, and new solution opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to identify emerging market opportunities and customer needs.
• Achieve or surpass quarterly and annual sales targets and performance goals.
• Bachelor’s degree in technology, Communications, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• At least 5 years of sales experience in technology, software, public safety communications, telecommunications, SaaS, or similar solution-based sales environments.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and generating new business opportunities.
• Familiarity with consultative or complex solution sales methodologies.
• Strong skills in presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building.
• Capability to comprehend and convey technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales forecasting tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 50–75% as necessary.
