Inside Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Initiate outbound calls to senior adults

• Develop relationships with prospective customers

• Maintain a thorough understanding of products and services

• Inform customers about the benefits available

• Actively listen to customer inquiries and deliver precise information

• Achieve and surpass weekly and monthly sales goals

• Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Prior experience in sales, particularly in outbound sales

• Experience engaging with senior adults or in a similar demographic

• Ability to work comfortably with technology and learn new software and computer systems

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a capacity to connect empathetically with senior adults
