This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Collaborate with Business Development resources to create strategic prospecting plans.
• Identify and focus on ideal enterprise clients within your designated region.
• Develop and implement territory and account-based sales strategies in conjunction with Sales Leadership.
• Drive successful enterprise sales initiatives while ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.
• Oversee pricing negotiations and contract discussions in collaboration with Varicent leadership and clients.
• Cultivate robust relationships with executive-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Sustain a high-performing sales pipeline and consistently propel revenue growth.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Over 5 years of proven, successful quota-carrying experience in selling enterprise SaaS or software solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to build strategic relationships with C-level executives and enterprise stakeholders.
• Confidence in managing high-volume sales pipelines in dynamic, fast-paced settings.
• Interest in the ICM, CRM, and the broader SaaS technology landscape.
• Strong curiosity and a readiness to quickly become a subject matter expert in Sales Performance Management.
