This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Serve as the primary liaison with the designated broker firm while consistently increasing broker headcount by effectively showcasing our value proposition.
• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the broker firm and their business portfolio to leverage BenefitMall's capabilities for maximizing revenue growth.
• Recruit and train new agents to BenefitMall by advocating BenefitMall’s distinctive experience through solid, trusted relationships supported by top-notch technology solutions in the industry.
• Collaborate with agents/brokers to formulate revenue growth strategies aimed at enhancing sales activity, increasing product offerings per customer, and deepening awareness of BenefitMall’s specialized services.
• Function effectively within a team sales environment and coordinate all sales and retention activities as required to ensure the most efficient, reliable, and trusted benefits selling experience.
• Lead the POD to support agents/brokers’ businesses and motivate them to expand their clients’ businesses by educating and training agents on carrier administrative procedures, product availability, and the value each service offers to customers.
• Conduct strategy calls with the POD to address priority issues, quote volumes, renewal activities, and schedules as necessary.
• Utilize internal systems (Salesforce, Zoom, etc.) for tracking activities and measuring performance metrics.
• Effectively promote our services to agents/brokers, encouraging them to direct their clients’ business to us by coordinating essential in-field sales and retention efforts to finalize sales, renew cases, and enhance products for existing customers.
• Provide timely sales expertise to optimize outcomes.
• Develop strategies with targeted agencies to promote technology adoption to eliminate manual processes and ensure secure electronic data transfer.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent (required)
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a related insurance/employee benefit medical sales position (required)
• Associate’s Degree (preferred)
• Active Life & Health License must be secured within 90 days of employment.
• Extensive knowledge of group insurance products, ideally gained through experience in an insurance marketing or sales role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook Exchange; skilled in web browsing, especially Google Chrome.
