This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Overseeing the activities and strategies of the representative network to enhance the company's revenue.
• Responsible for the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of representatives.
• Deliver ongoing technical training regarding products, applications, specifications, and competitive advantages.
• Establish clear sales targets, quotas, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with representatives to encourage loyalty and a primary focus on the company’s products.
• Create and execute strategies to increase sales through the representative network.
• Accurately manage contracts, commissions, and payments in a timely manner to ensure representative satisfaction.
• A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related discipline.
• Significant experience in sales and management roles, especially within the manufacturing industry.
• Proven ability to negotiate and close deals successfully.
• Familiarity with local competition and general industry trends.
